Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. All our products are made to order and have a turn around time of 14 days. Delivery may take up to 2 weeks, depending on the delivery option.
Henry and Co Interiors does not guarantee specific delivery dates/times. If delivery of your order is time sensitive please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or 0478 686 358 and we will try our best to accommodate.
Please ensure that the chosen delivery address has a safe and secure area for the item to be placed if you are unable to be present for delivery. If elected address is an apartment or unit, items will be left in best accessible area, whether that be front door, lobby, mail area or shared corridor.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide delivery to PO Box addresses.
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Henry and Co Interiors and artwork supplier
As all products sold by Henry and Co Interiors are made to order, unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchange due to change of mind.
In the event your order was received damaged or different to what you purchased, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at email@example.com and we will do our best to repair or replace your purchased item.
Where Goods are already damaged on delivery, the customer should indicate this to the delivery driver when signing the proof of delivery and ensure it is noted on the proof of delivery.
If a refund is agreed on, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Henry and Co Interiors.
